Who is this for?
People who need a turnkey home for a temporary stay of 1 to 36 months — including relocation, work assignments, renovations, newcomers, and other in-between moves.
Do I own the furniture?
No. Stager Depot owns it, which is the point. You do not buy, store, sell, or move furniture when the term ends.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. A custom package can start with one nightstand, cover selected rooms, or grow into a complete apartment setup. Send an inquiry and we will prepare a custom quote.
How quickly can the unit be set up?
Typical setup takes 5 to 7 business days after the plan, access, and delivery timing are confirmed.
Can I renew or buy the furniture?
You can request a contract renewal before the term ends. A buyout may also be available depending on the pieces; we will price it separately.
What about normal wear and tear?
Normal wear and everyday scratches are expected and are not treated as damage. Damage beyond normal use is handled under the rental agreement.
